Experience
In the math field, there is no one way to teach a solution that everyone will understand. I believe it is important for many mathematical concepts to be individualized in order to enhance the learning, rather than one blanket way taught to everyone. I believe one of the best ways to learn a subject is to complete problems until you feel you have a great mastery of it. I personally use this method on myself, having completed well over 20 hours of problems studying for my actuarial exam.
